Način pripreme

Iscijedite naranče i pola limuna. U blender stavite krupno narezane listove špinata i peršina, komadiće kivija, narančin i limunov sok.

Raspodijelite zeleni smoothie u zdjelice, dodajte u svaku kolutove pola banane i desetak zamrznutih malina, pospite naribanim kokosom i poslužite.
Poželjno je da smoothie konzumirate odmah nakon pripreme kako ne bi izgubio nutritivnu vrijednost.
